Before any doggy stays with us for a length of time we offer a free meet and greet. We also require a trial night with us to check how your dog adapts to the new surrounding.

A meet and greet in your home allows us to meet your pet in an environment they are comfortable with, with you around them, and gives them to opportunity to get to knows us and feel safe.

Going on a walk together allows us to see how your doggo walks on a lead, interacts with us, other dogs and other humans. These are all important things for us to consider when taking boarders.
Meeting in advance prepares dogs for a stay in our hotel and we do everything to make sure they are as relaxed and as comfortable as possible.
